Marin Mitzvah Makers Rosh Hashanah Gift Bag Packing Event

Looking for a meaningful, hands-on way to celebrate Rosh Hashanah with your children? Join JFCS Mitzvah Makers for a warm, family-friendly mitzvah project as we prepare holiday gift bags for community members in need.

Together, families will assemble bags filled with holiday essentials and treats for individuals, families, and seniors across the Bay Area, helping them begin the Jewish New Year with dignity and joy.

This project brings Jewish values to life, especially gemilut chasadim—acts of loving-kindness—and helps children see how small acts of care can make a meaningful difference. Perfect for intergenerational families!

Location: JFCS Marin Office
600 5th Ave
San Rafael, CA 94901

Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Please complete the registration form and list all family members who plan to attend.

JFCS Mitzvah Makers is a Jewish family volunteer and service-learning program that introduces children to gemilut chasadim and helps nurture a lifelong commitment to giving back and caring for community.
